A blend of fruit from Ravera, Cannubi San Lorenzo and Le Coste, the Giuseppe Rinaldi 2022 Barolo Tre Tine remains one of the Langhe's benchmark village-style Barolos. First introduced with the 2010 vintage, when the family moved away from listing the individual vineyard names on the label, Tre Tine combines the distinct personalities of three celebrated sites into a remarkably complete whole. The 2022 opens with bright, bold fruit and beautiful aromatic intensity, backed by generous structure and firm tannins that promise a long evolution in bottle. Marta Rinaldi elected to shorten the élevage by six months, bottling the wine after 27 months in large oak casks rather than the estate's standard regimen, allowing the purity and energy of the fruit to come forward. Harvest began on 26 September in Cannubi San Lorenzo and concluded with Ravera on 4 October, reflecting the different ripening patterns of the various parcels. Drink Date 2027-2045.
