Vinous:

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Gravelly Meadow is broad, ample and super-expressive. Dark cherry, plum, mocha, chocolate, spice and a kiss of French oak all build in a Cabernet that meld together power and finesse. There’s plenty of structure, but it is buried by the richness of the fruit. Power and density are the signatures. I would give this at least a few years in bottle. Drink Date 2025-2039. Aromatic with blackcurrant, ink, black licorice, iodine and oyster shell. Full-bodied with fine, chewy tannins and blue-fruit, currant-bush and rose-petal flavors. Very transparent.
